To assess a client’s progress, Terrell does a fitness test he refers to as a 300. This is a series of strength moves that add up to 300, and Terrell times it to see how quickly a client can do it. Once someone gets better, Terrell adds weights so that he or she can continue to improve.
Terrell can also adjust workouts and the 300 to avoid any weak or injured areas.
The following is an example of what the 300 may consist of:
25 pull downs
50 dead lifts
50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 clean and press
25 pull ups
The exact weights and movements will depend on the experience of the client. A 300 like above would be for someone consistently working out for about six months or so.

Diet and Nutrition
Terrell’s philosophy of diet and nutrition is pretty simple: eat real food, and stay away from man-made stuff. He will help you assess your current eating habits, and you’ll learn the foods that are good for you to eat, when and how much you should be eating, and what foods to avoid. Terrell wants to see you lose weight to become healthier, and wants you to eat in such a way that enhances your strength and fitness. His meal plans are simple and revolve around lean protein, vegetables, fruit, and whole grains.
Guidance and Motivation
Even though each training session with Terrell will come to an end, he wants you to keep working outside of the gym. He hopes he can inspire and motivate you to find out what you can do to improve your day-to-day life through the development of healthful habits.
